Childcare Payments

At enrollment, you choose what timeslot you want. anything below eight (8) hours is considered eight (8) hours. Anything above Eight (8+) hours is considered ten (10) Hours. If you have an eight (8) hours timeslot You are allowed two times late then you will start getting charged for the ten (10) hours timeslot. Must pay for the ten (10) hours timeslot from that point on.

You pay for your child's spot, Not Attendance!

all payment is due on Monday before 9:00am weekly the week prior to childcare

Payment late fees - $25 per day late (up to $75 in late fees and childcare is pause until paid in full)

$5 fee every time you pay thought Venmo, cash app, or PayPal

ALL CASH PAYMENT MUST BE HANDED DIRECTLY TO ME

if your payment is late three (3) you will not have a childcare spot 

All children must be picked up before 4:15 pm Daily, $1 per minute late at 4:15pm (after two (2) times LATE you will Have to Pay $10 per minute late)

ALL INVOICES AND FEES WILL BE ON BRIGHTWHEELS APP

$2 per item I have to substitute for lunch or breakfast

ABSOLUTELY NO EARLY DROP OFFS OR LATE PICK UPS

Drop in care policy

• Must have all paperwork on record
• Must check to see if there is availability for child 48 hours before needing care
• All rules and policy Still apply to you
• Payment required at or before dropping off (NO EXCEPTIONS/ NO PAY NO STAY)
• Drop in care payment is $60 for under 8 hours
• Drop in care payment is $70 for over 8 hours
• late pick-ups are $1 per minute late
• NO DROP OFF AFTER 8:30 AM (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Child must Nap (nap time is required)

Drop offs and Pick Ups 

Drop off must before 8:30 am. (No one will be allowed to enter the childcare after 8:30 am)

drop off and pick up must be quick no more than a few minutes

you must put your child belongs where they go

stay right by the door (we are a NO shoe inside childcare)

keep the door closed and don't let any children out the door

NO PICK UPS DORING NAP TIME (11:30 am to 2:30 Daily)

Hours of operation of policy

• Our hours are 6:30 am to 4:30 pm daily. However, children must be pick up before 4:15 or by their contracted hours made at enrollment
• children must be pick up before 4:15 pm daily. this gives me 15 minute to clean the childcare areas during childcare hours
• children must be drop off before 8:30 am NO ON IS ALLOW IN CHILDCARE AFTER 8:30AM 
• we communication between the hours of 6:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday ONLY 

Diaper and wipes policy

ABSOLUTELY NO DIAPERS OR PULL-UP THAT ARE 360, ALL DIAPER AND PULL-UP MUST OPEN ON THE SIDES AND CAN RE-FASTEN ON THE SIDE.

• you must supply diapers, wipes, and diaper cream 
• we will let you know when we need more
• you must supply them in bulk; I will store them in they bin with their name on it 
• you must write your child's name on them before bringing to childcare 

Food Policy

• Breakfast is served from 7:30am to 8:00 am. if your child gets drop off after that they will need to be fed. I will not serve breakfast after 8:00 am if breakfast is already clean, I will not serve it. (Am snack being at 9:00 am)
• Breakfast Must have a fruit or vegetable and a grain or bread or dry cereal
• Lunch must have meat or meat alternative, and vegetable, and fruit, grain or bread, and dairy. (I provide milk with meals, juice, and water)
• I provide snacks, milk, juice, water.
• Food must be in an insulated lunch box with your child's name on it.
• If I have to provide a substation for a meal there will be $2 fee per item.
• Food must be cut and prepared ready to eat.
• I will warm it up if it is needed

Nap Time Policy

Nap time is required to be in care at Tiny Hands Childcare. If your child is not a napper then you are not the right fit for you.

• Nap time is immediately after lunch (11:30 am to 12:00pm)
• Your child must sleep
• under eight (8) months your child can have a morning nap before 9:00 am (No nap after 9:00 am until afternoon nap)
• your child does not have sleep the whole time. however, they do have to remain quiet on their cots until other children awake.
• if your child is under 15 months your child they will sleep in a pack and play.
• if your child is over 15 months your child will sleep on a cot.
• No outside blanket, toys or stuffed animals are allowed for nap time.

If your child is in care and they are no longer napping, then your child has graduated from our program and you will need to find care somewhere else. this apply to all ages

Authorized pick ups

at Tiny Hands Childcare, we care about your child safety. that why we have policy in place to protect your child while they are in our care. we have door alarms on all door leading outside and keep door locked when inside.

Authorized pick up are people you truly trust to pick up your little one from childcare. to be allow on for authorized pick-up list we will need the following on records:

• Full name
• Address
• Phone Number
• Relationship to the child
• We will need to see they driver license to allow them to pick up. (until we get to know them)
• They will their own pin number to check your child in or out. (Bright wheels is the app we used)
• They must have a car seat, or I can't let the child go with them.
• They must be on the list before hand and in the app to pick up.
• Authorized pick up are not Emergency Contact. I will not contact them unless they are on the emergency list to.

Emergency contacts

We must have three (3) at least for emergency contact.

we must the following for them:

• full name 
• Address
• phone number
• Relation to the child 
• We will have to see their diver license to allow them to pick up your child 
• if both parents are not able to be reach, we will call emergency contact in order.

Communication Policy

WE WILL ONLY COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE HOURS OF

6:00 AM TO 5:00 PM

MONDAY - FRIDAY

Clothing Policy 

• child must be dressed and ready for the day when they get drop off. (If your child come in pj's they stay in pj's)
• child must be dress in play cloths; we are not responsible for placing clothing if it you put the child in nice clothing.
• we get mess during the day at childcare
• if your child wears a dress it is required that they wear short under the dress. We do not want anyone seeing their undergarments or anything else that should be under clothing.

Toys and personal Possessions Policy

NOTHING IS ALLOW IN TO CHILDCARE THAT IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE HERE.

DO NOT BRING ANYTHING PERSONAL BELONING INTO CHILDCARE 

NOT EVEN IN THERE BACKPACKED

DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO CARRY IT INTO CHILDCARE THAN TRY TO TAKE IT AWAY

the following items are not allowed to be brought in childcare:

1. toys
2. blankets
3. tablets
4. video games of any kind
5. car seats
6. stuff animals 
7. cell phone
8. outside food that not for breakfast or lunch at day
9. water bottle with soda or other drinks

we have this put in place do to state requirements.

15. IF YOUR CHILD BREAK IT, YOU REPLACE IT.
16. NO SMOKING ON THE PREISES NOT EVEN IN YOUR CAR
17. TURN IN PAPERWORK ON TIME
18. MUST FOLLOW THE CONTRACT AND AGREEMENT
19. MUST PICK UP IN YOUR CONTRACT HOURS
20. PARK IN DRIVEWAY FOR PICK UP AND DROP OUT
